Our aim and objective the development of the child as a whole. When we think of the whole person, we think of one who is physically cared for and who has harmony and rhythm in his movements, is happy and confident in himself, is mentally alert and has spontaneous creative ability. Such a child will undoubtedly feel secure in his relation ship with other people, both in the family and in the larger group outside his home.
This feeling of security is an essential factor in his development. When children are given opportunities for satisfying activities, and when they are encouraged in these activities and stimulated further in their home environment, then their response will be spontaneous and creative, such a response contributes largely to the growth of the child as a whole person.
We can expect this spontaneous expression of that dynamic life force within each child only when the school and home environments synchronize their efforts and attitudes in creating the right atmosphere.
